This is the lesson that I consider the turning point for the student. In here the student graduates from an absolute beginner to a more advance player. By now the student should have a solid command on every technical aspect and musical concept we have learned so far. A good sense of rhythm is required to play this piece well. The tempo (speed) is rather fast, but we will learn to play it slow until ready for more speed.. The piece titled is "Danza". We incorporate the Tie. |

An arpeggio exercise. In this piece we make emphasis in not releasing the fingers of the left hand from the strings unless it is complete necessary. We make use of broken lines to remind player what fingers to allow to stay on the strings for a longer time value than what they represent. |
